TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CÀ SELVETTA

These terms and conditions govern the booking and stay at Cà Selvetta.

1. Booking
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required data and, where applicable, of payment or credit card guarantee.

2. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and may vary depending on the period, availability and selected rate.

3. Payments
Payment can be made using the available methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash where permitted).
The specific payment conditions are indicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Any refunds will be handled according to the conditions specified in the booking.

5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out (up to a maximum of 2 hours) is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

6. Guest responsibility
Guests are required to use the accommodation with care and respect the property.
Any damage to the property or furnishings may be charged.

7. House rules
Guests are required to respect the property rules and the peace of other guests.
The property reserves the right to intervene in case of inappropriate behavior.

8. Force majeure
The property shall not be held liable for any disruption or failure due to events beyond its control.

9. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws, as described in the Privacy Policy available in the booking system.

10. Guest identification and registration
In accordance with Italian public security regulations (Alloggiati Web), all guests are required to provide a valid identification document for registration purposes.
The required data and documents must be submitted before arrival, according to the instructions provided by the property.
If the required documentation is not provided within the indicated timeframe, access to the property cannot be guaranteed.
